AGREEMENT WITH GOLDEN STAKE PICKS

PART 1

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Golden Stake Picks and any authorised representative of Golden Stake Picks (“Golden Stake”) researches and delivers sporting odds (“the service”) to persons wishing to use the service (“the member”), in exchange for a fee paid by or on behalf of the member to Golden Stake. 

To provide the service, Golden Stake Picks researches the internet and other publicly available national and international resources, including betting agencies and other sports related websites (“the research”). 

As a result of Golden Stake Picks research the odds offered by various betting agencies and the like relating to various sporting events or competitions (“the event/s”) are delivered by e-mail from Golden Stake Picks to the nominated e-mail address of the member (“the nominated e-mail address”) , upon request and in accordance with these terms and conditions.  

Golden Stake Picks uses its bet endeavours and acts in good faith in conducting the research and delivery of the odds to the member.

No Guarantee

Golden Stake Picks accepts no liability or responsibility for any error or inaccuracy in the odds obtained by its research and delivered to the member.  

The member agrees that Golden Stake Picks offers no guarantee, warranty or promise or makes any other representation regarding the likelihood of a successful outcome from any wager/s or bet/s placed by or on behalf of the member using the odds delivered by GOLDEN STAKE PICKS.

Odds Variation  

The member acknowledges that the odds delivered by Golden Stake Picks may change between the time of delivery and the time of the event/s.

If there is a variation in the odds between the time of delivery by Golden Stake Picks to the member but before the commencement of the event/s then Golden Stake Picks has no obligation to provide any update in relation to the odds and checking the status of the odds after delivery by Golden Stake Picks to the member is the member’s responsibility.  

Type of Sporting Event of Competition  

The odds delivered to the member will relate to such event/s and as may be decided by Golden Stake Picks and notified on its website from time to time.  

Golden Stake Picks may remove or add sports to the list of event/s for which odds are delivered to members, in Golden Stake Picks absolute discretion. 

Delivery Times . 

Bets are delivered via email or social media direct message.

Golden Stake Picks will use its best endeavours to ensure that the delivery will be made no later than two (2) hours (“the response time”) before the commencement of the event/s.

Golden Stake Picks will use its best endeavours to provide the most favourable odds to the member but it is agreed that Golden Stake Picks will have no liability for any changes in the odds between the request time and the response time.  

Miscellaneous 

It is acknowledged and agreed by the member that Golden Stake Picks shall not receive any remuneration, commission or like payment for the service apart from the weekly, monthly, annual or one time payment, paid in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

It is acknowledged and agreed by the member that Golden Stake Picks is unable to and will not attempt to place, receive or otherwise engage in any form of betting or placement of wager/s or bet/s for or on behalf of the member using the odds. 

It is acknowledged and agreed by the member that subscribing to the service has occurred as a result of the member’s own initiative and without any inducement by or on behalf of Golden Stake Picks. 

No Liability  

The member, as defined in these terms and conditions, agrees that Golden Stake Picks will have no liability for any loss or losses incurred by the member relating to the placement of any wager/s or bet/s made based on the odds delivered by Golden Stake Picks to the member. 

No Refund

It is acknowledged and agreed that the member will not, in any circumstances, be entitled to a refund of the or any part of the subscription payment made to Golden Stake Picks by or on behalf of the member. 

Termination 

It is acknowledged and agreed that Golden Stake Picks may terminate this Agreement with the member for non-compliance by the member with any term or condition of this Agreement or for other good reason as determined in Golden Stake Picks discretion including but not limited to a default by the member in payment of a required fee where the default exceeds seven (7) days or such other period as Golden Stake Picks may allow. 

Promotions 

Golden Stake Picks may make promotional offers to and for the benefit of the member from time to time which offer is intended to be for the exclusive use of the member.  The member will be notified by e-mail from time to time about any promotional offers.

Modification to Terms and Conditions

Golden Stake Picks reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any or any part of these Terms and Conditions from time to time as Golden Stake Picks may deem necessary (“the change”)  but agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions in relation to any membership that may be current as at the time of the change.   

AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND REQUEST FOR MEMBERSHIP

BY PROVIDING PAYMENT TO GOLDEN STAKE PICKS YOU ARE AGREEING WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
